Julia Henning, Community Strategist
I help organizations, cross-sector coalitions and government agencies turn ambitious ideas into sustainable initiatives that build resilient communities. I specialize in aligning stakeholders, designing scalable programs and securing the funding needed to catalyze measurable impact.
Over the past 10+ years, I have worked across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, helping organizations develop programs, secure funding and launch initiatives that create lasting change. My experience spans the full lifecycle of program development — from identifying opportunities and building coalitions to developing proposals, coordinating partners, managing grants, and communicating results.
My work has supported federal, state, and foundation-funded initiatives, grassroots organizations, universities, healthcare charities, faith-based and interfaith organizations, anti-trafficking programs, workforce and economic development efforts, and social impact initiatives across more than 15 countries.
Whether crafting persuasive narratives, developing funding strategies, facilitating stakeholder workshops or researching effective interventions, I enjoy bringing people together around a shared vision to tackle real-world problems.
